1. CCI Approves Google’s Settlement in Android TV Antitrust Case

Context

  • The Competition Commission of India (CCI) approved a settlement with Google regarding allegations of abuse of dominance in the Android TV market filed under Section 19(1)(a) of the Competition Act, 2002.

Allegations:
