Operation Details: On 31 May 2025, DRI, with assistance from the 28 Bn Assam Rifles, intercepted a vehicle near Teliamura, seizing 7 kg of methamphetamine tablets concealed under the bonnet.

Value and Legal Action: The seized drugs are valued at Rs. 7 crore in the international market. Two individuals were arrested under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
